Civic Place

The Project Development Agreement for the delivery of the Civic Place Project was signed on Friday 21 July, 2006.

Construction is expected to begin in 2008, with Council and community facilities anticipated for completion by June 2012 and the remainder of the project to be progressively delivered through to 2014.

The project is the largest CBD urban development / revitalisation project in NSW for the last decade. It features a mix of different uses including retail, commercial, residential, community, Council, civic and entertainment.
